Welcome to this beautiful Provençal house located just steps from the center of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, nicknamed the "Venice of the Comtadine." Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this rental offers comfort, tranquility, and authenticity in a typical southern French setting.
The house can accommodate up to six people in its three bright bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds.
Each bedroom is tastefully decorated in a warm style, combining contemporary furniture with Provençal touches.
You will have two modern bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower), as well as a separate toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine) opens onto a spacious living room with a dining area and lounge, featuring a large sofa, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi.
A laundry room with a washing machine is also available. On the garden side, you'll enjoy a 400 m² wooded outdoor space, with no overlooked views, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing.
A large shaded terrace features a family table, a barbecue, and deckchairs for naps in the shade of the olive trees.
A private, secure, and maintained swimming pool is accessible from April to October.
Private parking for two vehicles is available within the property. Located in a quiet residential area, the house is just a 10-minute walk from the lively streets of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
This picturesque village is renowned for its canals, antique shops, and Provençal markets.
You'll be in close proximity to many places of interest: Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, Gordes, the Luberon Natural Park, and the famous hiking trails of the Monts de Vaucluse.
Avignon and its Palais des Papes are just a 25-minute drive away, as is the TGV train station. Linens are provided (sheets, bath towels), end-of-stay cleaning is included, and baby equipment (travel cot, high chair) can be provided upon request.
