Provencal house with garden and swimming pool, comfortable and
ideally located in the centre of Callas.
It is a picturesque village with a lot of history, its olive oil mill, good
restaurants, many shops and its weekly market, all at 3 minutes walk
from the house.
The independent apartment in the house consists of four comfortable
beds in 2 separate bedrooms.
In the master bedroom a double bed and in the other two bunk beds. All bedrooms are on the first floor, accessible by stairs. The recently renovated bathroom includes a shower with WC, on the same landing as the two bedrooms. Additional sleeping is possible on the sofa bed in the living room. You have a view of the countryside and the village of Callas, a town located between the sea and the mountains, in the hills of Provence. The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living / dining room, allowing you to enjoy meals all together and to keep an eye on the children while you prepare them.
You can also dine outside with a gas barbecue. Finally, you can enjoy the sun of Provence by relaxing around the swimming pool or in the shade of the century-old plane trees in the garden. In the surrounding area, there are many hikes to the Gorges du Verdon and its famous Blanc-Martel trail.
Swimming in the gorges but also in the Sainte-Croix Lake will refresh your summer. The lake of Saint-Cassien with its pedal boats and paddles is 35km away. For lovers of good wines, there are many wine estates in the region and you can taste some of them, including the famous rosé de Provence by the pool (in moderation :) ) The beaches are not far: - Frejus, Saint Raphael and Sainte-Maxime at 40km - Saint Tropez (Pampelonne) at 60km Finally, if you are attracted by the charm of Italy, Ventimiglia is only 140km away and Sanremo 160km away. All this to say that if you want to get away from this haven of peace that is our house with swimming pool, you will have a lot of options to create wonderful holiday memories.
