Located in Donaurieden, the holiday apartment Kleine Perle has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 25 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services as well as a washing machine. This apartment offers access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue facilities. The apartment is ideally located close to the Way of St. James, several swimming lakes, and the Danube, all within walking distance.
The Upper Swabian Baroque Road runs through the adjacent village, and Christmarienau is nestled in the nearby woods.
Public transport links are within walking distance of the property. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee per pet per stay). Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Recently renovated, the apartment features high-quality sustainable materials such as clay, wood, and stainless steel, along with premium fittings.
Its balanced room climate is achieved through the use of mostly natural materials, with partially visible and touchable heating pipes adding a unique touch.

Geschäfftsreise.Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.Bei Ankunft gab es am Bad Fenster kein Mückennetz. Durch Bauernhof nähe war die erste Nacht gestört von Moskitos und die Nacht durch Fliegen (Tageslicht) ab 5.30Uhr zu Ende. Vermieter hat umgehend Mückennetz nachgerüstet. An der Eingangstür ist ein bewegun...
