WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: - Located in the HEART of Porto next to the Clérigos tower and Lello bookshop - Great accessibility (metro, bus, streetcar, train) - Paid public parking 100 m from the apartment - Ultra FAST Network (up to 1Gb) - Central heating - High-quality insulation! Energy class A - Private balcony with dining table - Hosts ALWAYS available for support HOUSE RULES - Please avoid making noise after 22:00, as this is a residential building (noise is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00 according to the law in Portugal). - Please do not smoke inside the apartment, there is a lovely balcony or garden that can be used for this purpose. - All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall.
Please keep the apartment doors locked when you are out of the apartment.
The hosts are not responsible for guests' property. - Events or meetings of any kind are not permitted.
Only the guests mentioned in the reservation may be in the apartment. - If any object is broken or damaged, please let us know so that we can replace it so that the next guest can find the house as you found it. - For each foreign national, including nationals of other member states of the European Union, an accommodation form is completed and signed in person. (Law 29/2012 Art.15 n.º2) - The person responsible for the booking will sign the Booking Agreement presented at check-in.

L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche du centre-ville historique et du fleuve, mais surtout à 2 pas de Miragaia et Cedofeita.
José Luis est très accueillant et disponible pour toute information ou conseil.
L’appartement est spacieux, avec un balcon ensoleillé, l’accès au jardin, et une vue dégagée sur le parc des Virtudes.
J’y reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Porto.
