The 120 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, and a bathroom with a spacious shower and hairdryer.

The accommodation is spacious and everything is very new and tastefully furnished. Communication with the host worked really well. It was very important to him that we felt comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s spacious, clean, and just as described. The location is ideal — right in the city centre and within walking distance of the train station. The host was very welcoming and responsive, making everything easy for us. We recommend this place to anyone visiting La Spezia.
