The holiday apartment Wohnen Im Paradies in Konstanz is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones.
The 27 m² apartment consists of a spacious room used as both a living and sleeping area.
Additionally, there is a kitchenette and a bathroom.
The accommodation can host up to 3 people; an extra bed is provided for the third person.
Amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a smart TV with streaming services.
The building has an elevator.
The apartment features a private balcony where you can relax in the evenings. The accommodation is located near Lake Constance, and public transport (bus lines 1, 5, and 9) is within walking distance.
Shops, restaurants, and museums can be found in the immediate vicinity.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
There are waste separation guidelines, which you will be informed about on site.
The accommodation is equipped with energy- and water-saving facilities and offers a convenient check-in system. Parking is available upon arrival for an extra fee, for example at the Döbele car park.
A tourism and climate tax must be paid directly to the host.

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut.
Die Parkplatzsituation. In der Nähe ist ein größerer Parkplatz, wo von 20.00 bis 9.00 am nächsten Morgen das Parken frei ist. Tagsüber muss man dann bezahlen.

Insgesamt nettes Ambiente
Kopfkissen zu gross, nicht wirbelsäulenfreundlich, mussten uns mit den Balkonkissen behelfen
ein paar kleine Tasssen mit Untertassen wären nett, auch noch 2 kleine Löffelchen
