Welcome to Il Tuo Posto A Greve in Chianti, a cozy apartment in the heart of the Chianti Classico wine region, located between Florence and Siena.
The apartment features an entrance hall, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom, and one bathroom.
Both the bedroom and the living room open onto a spacious private terrace overlooking Piazza Matteotti, the iconic heart of Greve in Chianti with its characteristic arcades. Step outside and you'll be immersed in village life: wine bars, restaurants, and local markets are all within walking distance.
Greve in Chianti also offers a public swimming pool, covered in winter and open-air in summer. The beautiful Piazza Matteotti hosts a lively market every Saturday; on Easter Sunday, the Colombina ritual, and on Easter Monday, the traditional flea market.
In May, there is a plant and flower market, along with various artisan and organic markets throughout the year. Nearby, within walking distance, is Montefioralle, a medieval village that has preserved its original charm. Greve in Chianti is the gateway to Chiantishire, with its hills, vineyards, and medieval villages, and is an ideal base for exploring Florence and Siena (less than an hour by car), as well as Arezzo, San Gimignano, and Certaldo. Check-in takes place at a nearby facility right in front of Piazza Matteotti, where you'll collect your keys and present your documents upon arrival. Free parking is available just a few minutes' walk away, on Via Danimarca.

Great location, great accommodations, absent host. Never spoke or got a message from the host. The person the property management sent us to who held the keys was very helpful. Communication from the host needs to improve.
