In Kefalonia, the holiday home Palati offers an excellent view of the Ionian Sea. The 78 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels.
This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach, public transport links are within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.
The host recommends visiting Kefalonia's turtle beach and enjoying Kaminia Beach, located just below the house and easily accessible on foot. A parking space is available on the property and a parking space is available in a garage. Pets and smoking are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Weddings, parties, private island tours, and many other activities can be arranged by the hosts for an additional fee. Our host, Christiana, was the only pleasant aspect; she welcomed us with a snack, fresh fruit, juice, and water.
She was also incredibly helpful when we had trouble with our car battery, which wouldn't start.
