The holiday home Mimar Altea Exclusive is located in Altea and boasts a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The 400 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 16 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as beach/pool towels.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This accommodation features a private outdoor area with an open terrace, 2 covered terraces, and 6 balconies. The property is located close to the beach, public transport links are within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. This property is composed of 3 complete apartments that have direct access between each other. Free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. An electric vehicle charging station is available. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
