Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the Country House El Amanecer is located in Motril.
The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The Country House features a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, garden, open and covered terraces, barbecue, playground, and outdoor shower. The pool (9 x 5 m) is open all year round and an outdoor shower is provided. 1 outdoor toilet. On the covered terrace there is a TV and a ceiling fan. The property is located close in the countryside, 2 km from Motril and Torrenueva.
The nearest beach is just a 7-minute drive away. 4 parking spaces are available on the property. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
