Comfortable apartment located on the third floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). There are steps at the entrance
In 100m2 of space, it comfortably accommodates 4 people with two double bedrooms.
The property is located near the Isola district, very young and full of services, well served by public transport with the M3 (Marche) metro stops direct to the Duomo and M5 (Istria) direct to City Life - San Siro Stadium a few steps from the house.

The internal space is divided as follows
LIVING ROOM: two sofas, TV and dining table. Access to the balcony.
KITCHEN: kitchenette complete with induction burners, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, moka, electric kettle and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM 1: double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, desk with chair and wardrobe. Access to the balcony.
BEDROOM 2: double bed, bedside table with lamp, desk with chair and wardrobe. Access to the balcony.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: iron and ironing board, clothesline. Central heating.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.
- From Milan Linate Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 73 from the airport to "Corso 22 Marzo" stop (13 stops). From there, it is necessary to move to "V.le Umbria" stop (1 minute on foot), from which it is possible to take bus no. 92 to “Zara m3 / m5” stop, a 2-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, the airport is 9 km from the property (approximately 25 minutes by car / taxi).
- From Milan Malpensa Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service from the airport to Central Station, from which it is possible to take the underground (line M3) to "Zara" stop, a 3-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, the airport is 54 km from the property (approximately 55 minutes by car / taxi).
- From the Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the underground (line M3) to “Zara” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.
- If you are traveling by car, parking is not included; however it is possible to park nearby (free or for a fee).
