The entire property covers an area of 10,000 square meters, which includes a large olive grove, offering ample space and comfort for any type of stay.
Guests can enjoy a beautiful shared swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, where they can relax and refresh on warm summer days.
Additionally, from the residence and the apartments, you can admire a stunning panoramic view of the bay of Garda and the lake, perfect for moments of peace and relax. In the main building of the residence, there are four spacious apartments, ideal for families or groups of friends, elegantly furnished and equipped with all modern comforts.
Two apartments are located on the ground floor, and two are on the first floor.
The ground-floor apartments offer convenient and direct access to the outdoor areas. In particular, Apartment Ca' Capre 2, located on the ground floor, is a spacious apartment with two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a service bathroom.
The apartment has a separate living room and kitchen, ideal for greater comfort and privacy during your stay.
It is also equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a washing machine to ensure maximum comfort.
