Bright, friendly and well-maintained apartment, approx. 60 m² (3 rooms) for 2–3 people on the first floor, modern and comfortably furnished.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, dining table, chest of drawers and smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchenette features an oven, four-burner stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer combination (installation: April 2025).
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, a sofa bed and a CD player.
A separate second bedroom for another person is equipped with a wardrobe and washbasin.
The new, spacious bathroom has a shower/WC, washbasin, hairdryer and towel radiator.
Each a balcony from the bedroom and living room offers panoramic mountain views (south and east balcony) towards Nebelhorn and Söllereck.
Free parking is available directly at the house. The apartment is conveniently located, with the Söllereckbahn reachable in 10 minutes on foot and the Breitachklamm in 20 minutes on foot.
A bus stop is within a 10-minute walk, while a supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away.
Restaurants in Oberstdorf and the train station are also easily accessible within 5–10 minutes by car.
Guests can take advantage of free bus access with the Allgäu Walser Pass, which is available digitally on their mobile phones, and explore nearby attractions like Breitachklamm, Söllereck, and the surrounding hiking trails. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. The property has a motorbike, bicycle, and ski storage. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.
