• Bright, friendly and well-maintained apartment, approx. 60 m² (2 rooms) for 2–4 people on the 1st floor, modern and comfortably furnished.
• Living room with dining table, smart TV and cosy sofa, which you can also use as an extra bed for 2 people.
• Fully equipped, new kitchenette with oven, four-ring stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer, installed in April 2025.
• New, spacious bathroom with shower/WC, washbasin, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
• Bedroom with comfortable double bed, extra children's bed, large wardrobe, sitting area and CD player.
• Separate wardrobe with chest of drawers for extra storage space.
• Each a balcony from the bedroom and living room with panoramic mountain view (south and east balcony) towards Nebelhorn and Söllereck.
• Free parking directly at the house is available!
The apartment is conveniently located, with the Söllereckbahn reachable in 10 minutes on foot and the Breitachklamm in 20 minutes on foot.
A bus stop is within a 10-minute walk, while a supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away.
Restaurants in Oberstdorf and the train station are also easily accessible within 5–10 minutes by car.
Guests can take advantage of free bus access with the Allgäu Walser Pass, which is available digitally on their mobile phones, and explore nearby attractions like Breitachklamm, Söllereck, and the surrounding hiking trails. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. The property has a motorbike, bicycle, and ski storage. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.
