The very well equipped apartment Bauchert for 1-4 persons is located in a quiet, good residential area of the southern district Straßdorf of Schwäb.
The apartment is on the top floor of a two-family house at the end of a cul-de-sac in a good, very quiet residential area.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with double beds, the other with 2 separate beds.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The comforters are boil-proof and suitable for allergy sufferers.
From the dining/living room there is access to the large balcony to the west with a seating area and loungers.
An electric barbecue is available on request.
In the living room there is a flat-screen TV and a shelf with books, children's books and a collection of games.
The bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC, 2 washbasins and mirror cabinet has natural light through a skylight.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and egg boiler, toaster, all necessary cooking and eating utensils, tea towels and washing-up and cleaning products.
If required, a washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the laundry room for a fee.
You are also welcome to use the garden, which blooms beautifully in summer.
A parking lot is available at the house.
An electric car can also be charged there with a wallbox (12 KW).
The apartment is ideal for families with slightly older children and business travelers.
Schwäbisch Gmünd is located 50 km east of the state capital Stuttgart.
Here you will find many hiking and cycling trails in scenic surroundings.
A particularly beautiful cycle path runs through Straßdorf on a disused railroad line.
Schwäbisch Gmünd can be easily reached in 15 minutes and Göppingen in approx. 1 hour.
There are very good inns, bakeries, pharmacy, doctors and much more in the village.

Eigentlich sind wir ganz zufällig bei der FW-Suche auf der Alb auf die Ferienwohnung Bauchert gestoßen. Ausschlaggebend für die Wahl waren die zwei zugehörigen geräumigen Balkone.
Uns erwartete eine bestens ausgestattete FW. Das Beste war aber die Vermieterfamilie. Einfach unschlagbar.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Vor allen Dingen auch gute Matratzen! 2 große Terrassen mit Liegestühlen etc. Ruhige Wohngegend. In unmittelbarer Nähe sehr schöner Skulpturen- und Wanderweg. Auch für Langzeiturlaub ohne Einschränkung empfe...
