The house is situated on the outskirts, about 2.5 km from the town center, so a car is necessary.
If you are looking for relaxation, you will find it here, as the property is right at the edge of the forest.
The holiday home is in a mixed area with both holiday accommodations and permanently inhabited houses.
The name 'Im Feriendorf' is only the street name. The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dryer.
A private sauna is also available.
The private outdoor area features a garden and a balcony. Parking is available on the property, and there are also free parking spaces on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
You are kindly asked to close the windows and leave the balcony after 10:00 p.m. to avoid disturbing the neighbors. The house is ideal for four people.
