Open concept loft with great city views, city view, balcony, and private rooftop patio attached to the upstairs sleeping area.
This is another one of our minimal design lofts meant to be aesthetically, pleasing, cozy, and pleasant.
You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and downstairs leaving/dining area.
There is also a private sleeping area tucked in the back of the downstairs floor.
The upstairs sleeping area is an open loft featuring smart TV and attached to your own rooftop patio.
Arrival / Departure: Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM ** Early Check-in or Late Check-out may be available at an additional cost of $50! Please let us know if you are interested.( subject to availability and must be paid before arrival) Complementary parking spot for small vehicles NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
The City of San Diego Municipal Code, Section 59.5.04 states reduced noise levels must be maintained within the City of San Diego generally between the hours of 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. in residential zones.
Violating this is subject to INSTANT eviction from our property.
