Newly renovated loft in downtown San Diego located a few blocks away from Little Italy and a short walk to the Gaslamp District and Balboa park! This is a beautiful 2 level loft with a private rooftop patio.
The upstairs loft contains a spacious queen bed with direct access to the patio.
Please keep in mind that this is a loft style space and does not contain a door for complete privacy.
Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious living room with a comfy couch and a dining room table.
As you continue through the apartment, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen which leads you to the second bedroom area.
This space contains a queen bed with bright windows for extra light! Keep in mind that there is no door for this bedroom; it’s an open concept loft.
This space does come with a parking spot! NOTE: This garage is NOT suitable for large vehicles over 16ft such as full size pick ups, motorhomes, Large SUVs, ...
We`re always available via text, phone call, or email! Arrival / Departure: Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM ** Early Check-in or Late Check-out may be available at an additional cost of $50!
