Holiday home in Dinard – An ideal setting for unforgettable memories.
Welcome to this beautiful modern house located in the Saint-Alexandre district of Dinard.
Accommodating up to 12 people (+ 2 babies) and offering accessible facilities, this 120 m² property built in 2011 is perfect for family holidays or getaways with friends.
Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, it provides peace, comfort, and proximity to the beaches (10-15 minutes on foot) and shops. Inside: On the ground floor, you enjoy a welcoming space with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, etc.) open to a spacious living area, a cosy lounge with wood stove, TV and sofa bed, as well as a bedroom with double bed, TV and accessible access.
There is also an adapted shower room and a laundry room.
Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds (one with a baby bed), and a third with a bunk bed (140x190 and 90x190).
A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet complete the upper floor. Outside: The house features a wooden terrace with electric awnings, ideal for outdoor meals with its furniture.
Relax in the 4-person hot tub (available for an extra fee), enjoy the enclosed garden, perfect for children, or explore the area with the two mountain bikes provided.
Three private parking spaces and a bike shelter complete the outdoor facilities. Activities: Explore the nearby beaches (Prieuré, Écluse, St Enogat, etc.) and set off on adventures along the GR34 or coastal paths.
Discover Dinard, its events and markets, or the region's must-see sites: St-Malo, Mont-Saint-Michel, cruises and water sports (kayak, paddle, sailing). This house offers an ideal setting for holidays combining relaxation and discovery.
