Apartment Ferienhaus Sonnenhain is located in a quiet area, just 500 metres from the centre of Sollenau and eleven minutes from Wiener Neustadt. Enjoy accommodation with garden views, a garden with sun loungers and free Wi-Fi.
The modern holiday home offers a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a pull-out sofa, flat-screen satellite TV and a business corner. Other amenities include a hairdryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, stove with ceramic hob and coffee machine.
Coffee and milk are provided for the first morning to ensure a pleasant start to the day. The accommodation is of course equipped with bed linen, towels and soap. Apartment Ferienhaus Sonnenhain offers bicycle rental and free parking directly on site. Supermarkets, a pharmacy, a gas station and restaurants can be found within 500 meters. Cycle paths start right outside the front door. The Römertherme Baden is a 20-minute drive away and Lake Neufeld is 13 kilometres away. Vienna can be reached in 30 minutes via an excellent motorway connection or by direct train.

Deposit 30 % upon booking - balance payment at least 2 weeks before arrival
if the arrival date is shorter than 14 days, immediate payment is required
Payments exclusively by SEPA transfer using IBAN & BIC code
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival - free of charge
for cancellations from 4 weeks before arrival 50 %
for cancellations from 2 weeks before arrival or no-show 100 %
of the booked service
