The villa Rio Verde in Marbella is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The 380 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 9 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This vacation rental boasts a private outdoor space featuring a heated pool, garden, open and covered terraces, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property is located close to the beach, public transport links are within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. In the premises of the property guests can find Rio Verde beach, Banus marina and its numerous restaurants and shops. A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street and a parking space is available in a garage. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Baby sitter service upon request. Chef service can be arranged upon request. Boat tours can be organized. The Location - short walk to Puerto Banus. The villa was very spacious and comfortable with most things you could want. It was good value for money. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would visit again.
The check in process and the first day was not so good. Unfortunately the host had to travel away the day we arrived and we were left with a man who did not speak english and had never been to the villa before - so he couldn't show us where anything was or how anything worked. We eventually figured ...
