Discover this charming holiday cottage ideally located in a quiet, residential area, just a 15-minute walk from the historic center of Colmar.
This spacious house welcomes you with a large entrance hall leading to a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a dining area, and direct access to the terrace and garden.
The ground floor comprises two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and another with two single beds (90x190 cm). You will also find a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, three additional bedrooms await you: a double bedroom (160x200 cm) and two bedrooms with a single bed (90x190 cm). A shower room with a toilet completes this level, along with a relaxation area or games room furnished with a sofa and armchairs.
The basement houses a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
For parking, one space is available in the courtyard, and free parking is readily available in the surrounding streets.
Thanks to its ideal location near the city center, it occupies a strategic position for your sightseeing and allows you to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of this neighborhood during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market.
Everything is included in the price: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi.
To be paid before your arrival: the tourist tax, payable remotely by bank transfer or credit card at the agency during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and the security deposit, payable via a Swikly link or credit card (authorization).
Security deposit amount: €800.
Check-in is self-service thanks to a key box, ensuring a simple and flexible arrival.

By car, you can escape on the legendary Wine Route to visit one of the charming wine villages of Alsace such as Riquewihr, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg or Ribeauvillé. The house is located near the city center, shops and restaurants, 2.1 km from the train station, 1.2 km from a supermarket and 57 km from Basel - Mulhouse - Freiburg airport.

The kitchen could use better pots,pan and utensils for cooking meals. Given we rented for Christmas we had some home cooked meals all together at the house
It was a nice house, great layout and lots of room for everyone. We were a family of 6

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön renoviert, hatte zwei Bäder, unglaublich viel Platz, so dass wir auch zu acht großzügig unterkamen. Das Haus lag in einer ruhigen und sicheren Einfamilienhaussiedlung.
