The bright and spacious Fienile apartment is arranged over the ground and first floors of a converted barn (the neighbouring unit is ID 1727 Olivio) and is accessed via a private entrance. Inside, the property enjoys an open-plan living room furnished with a sofa bed, a fireplace and a flat-screen satellite TV.

It also incorporates a dining area and a kitchen fitted with a coffee machine, a gas cooker hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. This central location makes it easy to reach many of Tuscany’s cultural centres including Siena (a 50-minute drive), Florence (a 1-hour drive), Pisa (a 50-minute drive) and Lucca a 1-hour drive).

The beautiful Tuscan coastline is approximately a 1-hour 15-minute drive away from the well-known Versilia beaches. In the more immediate vicinity, guests can visit: Certaldo with its funicular and incredible views (a 10-minute drive), Castelfiorentino (a 10-minute drive), San Gimignano (a 25-minue drive) and Volterra (a 45-minute drive). There is also a swimming lake a 3-minute drive/20-minute walk away and the Castello Di Oliveto winery is a 2-minute drive/10-minute walk.

There are two supermarkets less than a 10-minute drive away. The closest international airports are Florence and Pisa which are equidistant from the property and approximately a 50-minute drive away.
