Exceptional apartment with stunning views of the Mediterranean from spacious (30 square metre) terrace, situated in one of Vence's premier gated Residences.
One bedroom, sleeps 2/3 (with large king size bed in the bedroom and comfortable single pull-out bed in the living room).
Features are beautiful views to the coast from the terrace, living areas and bedroom, walk-in shower, large communal swimming pool (20x10m), air conditioning, WiFi, UK Freeview, widescreen HD TV, safe, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine/dishwasher/microwave), private lock-up garage.
A short walk/bike ride from the centre of the beautiful old town of Vence with its many shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Also a 20 minutes drive to the beach and the up-market Polygone Riviera and Cap 3000 shopping malls.
Room charge includes end of stay cleaning (provided apartment left in reasonably clean and tidy state) as well as weekly clean for stays of two weeks and longer, linen and towels.
Apartment is light and airy, being south facing, and accessed without stairs.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any bookings with children under the age of 14 years.

Ruim appartement met groot terras met zicht op de zee, in de verte. Op loopafstand van het aangename stadje Vence, met veel restaurants. Het appartement ligt in afgesloten complex, met eigen garage, en is goede uitvalsbasis naar Nice, Antibes, Monaco. Het is schoon en lokale agent Sabine is toegankelijk. Een aanrader!

Seul bémol , le guide en anglais pour comprendre les spécificités de l'appartement et le câblage électrique de l'appartement fait manifestement pas un amateur

Welll appointed flat.
Pillows in bedroom have very little neck support and need replaced.
