The 40 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. The property offers access to shared outdoor amenities, including a pool, a garden and a barbecue. The property offers a quiet location next to the Tagus River, ideal for boat tours, hiking and relaxing.
In addition, there are cycle routes, restaurants, cafés and grocery shops nearby. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The accommodation is part of the host’s house, but has a private entrance. The accommodation has a bedroom with 2 single beds, a lounge, a kitchen, a home office area, Wi-Fi and a TV. 2 bikes are provided. Rental canoes are available upon request.
