Casa Noho offers 116 m² of living space over two floors, making it an ideal retreat for families with older children, couples, or friends who want to relax and explore Lake Constance and its surroundings.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms—one with a king-size box spring bed and one with a queen-size box spring bed—as well as a smaller bedroom with a pull-out bed (1.60 m with slatted frame), perfect for children.
There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
Wi-Fi and a TV are included.
For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. The private outdoor area features a fenced garden, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue—perfect for relaxing outdoors.
There is a decommissioned pool covered with a safety net. Two parking spaces are directly on the property, one suitable for vehicles up to 5 m in length. There is ample storage for bicycles and similar items in the entrance area.
The house is close to the beach, and public transport, a grocery store, and the train station are within walking distance. Included: Fresh bed linen, towels, dish towels, and a starter set of dishwashing and cleaning products. Flexible arrival and departure are possible seven days a week.
Thanks to the key safe, late check-in is also no problem.

Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten ein paar schöne Tage am Bodensee verbringen.
Große Empfehlung für dieses tolle Ferienhaus!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus.
Es ist genug Platz, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und es ist alles Notwendige vor Ort vorhanden.
Die Eigentümer sind ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben direkt für nächstes Jahr gebucht, ich denke das sagt genug aus :)
Erholsamer Urlaub, aber erst nach der Hälfte der Zeit.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Bodensee ist nah.
Das Haus ist nicht Kleinkind geeignet , zum Teil sogar gefährlich.
