The apartment is located in the greenest part of Potsdam - in Babelsberg.
There are plenty of free parking spaces available on the street.
There are bus stops, streetcar and bicycle stations within a radius of 200m. The Babelsberg S-Bahn station is only 600m away.
From there you can reach Berlin-Friedrichstraße in 35 minutes by S-Bahn.
Attractions near the Potsdam City Oasis include the Babelsberg Film Park (1.2 km), Glienicke Bridge (2.5 km), Barberini Museum (2.9 km), Einstein Tower (3.1 km), Cecilienhof Palace (3.6 km), Alexandrowka Colony (3.8 km), Sanssouci Palace (4.6 km) and much more.
There are several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, bars, cinemas and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The accommodation is not suitable for fitters. Our idyllic apartment on the top floor (2nd floor) of an apartment building offers 68 square meters of space for a maximum of 4 people.
The apartment is divided into a hallway, high-quality bathroom, cozy bedroom and a spacious living and dining area.
There is a double bed in the bedroom. The living area contains a corner sofa, a TV, a dining table with four chairs and a small work area.
The corner sofa with sleeping function offers enough space for two more people.
The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The light-flooded bathroom has a shower and sauna.
After the sauna, the terrace with its unobstructed view over the Potsdam city gardens invites you to rest, relax and recharge your batteries.
Nestled in the treetops of the adjacent park, you can watch the squirrels at eye level over breakfast or an evening glass of wine.

Die Lage war sehr gut, man konnte Bus und Bahn schnell erreichen. Gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Straße.
Die S-Bahn war sehr laut zu hören.
Nette Vermieter, saubere Wohnung, Lage etwas unruhig durch ÖPNV.

Z,T. sehr hochwertiges Inventar. Saubere Wohnung, durch Holz-Balken recht attraktiv.
Z.T. recht laut durch Straßenbahn, S.Bahn und Zugverkehr. Inventar z.T. hochwertig, aber auch etwas arg einfach wie die Stühle.
