My friends and I had a wonderful stay. We’re in London for a conference, and the place was ideal for all our needs. The amenities were great, we especially loved that the host was considerate enough to put a fan in each room, given how hot it was. We slept really well on our rooms and I would definitely book this place again.

Pros: Clean and tidy, comfortable beds, good communication with host.
Fans provided in every room, which was a blessing as it was a very hot day
Cons: Much further from Barking station than stated, use goodmayes on Elizabeth line.
Only 1 towel per room provided
Wasp nest in tree in garden.

The house was very clean & tidy. 23min from tube. Off road parking. Property was warm.
Downstairs shower very hot, could not adjust temp.
