Ideal for family stays, this spacious, friendly accommodation is close to the arsenal porte 4 pompes, CIN, Thales and Ifremer, with direct access to the airport. Just 800m away, you'll find Sainte-Anne beach, and 100m away, the GR34 hiking trail and a bus stop (line 2B) leading to the city center and tramway in less than 15 min.

Layout:
- Ground floor: One bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
- Upstairs: Three bedrooms with double beds, including one with two cots.
- Outside: Garden with barbecue, pizza oven, hammock and pétanque court (boules provided).

Interior layout:
The 40m² living room features a relaxation area with sofa, home cinema, fireplace and table for 12 guests. The open kitchen, with traditional oven and steamer, opens onto a 45m² south-facing terrace.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1 (blue): Queen-size bed, quality mattress, dressing room and Smart TV.
- Bedroom 2 (terracotta): Double bed, two cots, changing table and dressing room.
- Bedroom 3: Double bed, dressing room, synthesizer and telecommuting desk.

On the first floor, a fourth independent bedroom/studio with bathroom, kitchenette and toilet is available.

Bonus: The neighborhood mascot, Shadow the cat, can come and say hello. He's discreet, but if you'd rather not see him, he'll gladly move in with another neighbor.

Practical information: Access reserved for travelers, with the exception of the garage and an isolated room. Bed linen and towels for adults provided, baby linen (excluding fitted sheets) not included.
