The rural house El País is located in the Agullent area, in the heart of La Vall d'Albaida, with stunning mountain views.
The 230 m² property consists of a very spacious living-dining room, which connects to the well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
It also has a very large hall with a foosball table and can accommodate up to 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, programmable ceiling fans in the bedrooms, a washing machine, bath and pool towels, as well as books and toys for children.
A high chair and 2 cribs are also available.
This accommodation does not have air conditioning.
The rural house has a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, two open terraces, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
The rural house offers a secluded and peaceful setting, and it is also possible to walk through its pine forest, with key-locked access from the fence that surrounds the house.
With no neighbors and secluded, yet only 1 km from the town of Agullent.
Access is via an unpaved road in some sections, and it's recommended to go slowly and keep in mind that there's a slightly steep climb at the end.
There are 4 parking spaces available on the property, including free street parking and 2 covered parking spaces.
A maximum of 3 pets are allowed (for a fee).
Smoking is not permitted inside.

La casa está en medio de la montaña alejado de la población y sin vecinos cercanos.
Es ideal para desconectar. Nosotros fuimos unos amigos con nuestros hijos y lo pasamos muy bien tanto niños como mayores.
Tiene una pequeña piscina pero que no pudimos disfrutar porque no estaba en temporada.

No hubo nada que no gustara pero aprovecho para proponer mejoras.
Y es que con el espacio que tiene pondría algunas hamacas de estas que van de árbol a árbol para poder disfrutar mas del exterior.
