Located in Inzell, the holiday apartment Haus Katharina offers guests a fantastic view of the Alps.
The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available.
This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation. The accommodation is surrounded by a variety of hiking trails, as well as cycling and mountain biking routes.
Ice skating is available at the Max Aicher Arena, and several cross-country ski trails and family-friendly ski areas are nearby.
The village center is just 600 meters away, while Salzburg is 30 minutes, Munich is an hour, and Chiemsee is 20 minutes away. Free parking is available on the street and a parking space is available in a garage. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Es hat eine gute Lage, nicht zu zentral und dadurch ruhig, aber alles ist fußläufig erreichbar!
Da es eine Dachwohnung ist leider recht warm im Hochsommer. Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre super!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten noch nie eine FeWo, wo bereits Seife, Geschirrspültabs und Toilettenpapier in ausreichender Menge vorhanden war. Auch Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wohnung, Lage der Wohnung waren gut.
Ausstattung (1 Dusch-/Handtuch) für 11 Tage pro Person mangelhaft.
Küchenausstattung geht so, allerdings fehlten diverse Küchenutensilien. Auch waren keine Biergläser in der Wohnung.
Die Teppiche auf dem Balkon waren verschlissen und somit eine Stolperfalle. Unter den Teppichen waren 2 Kehrbleche voll mit Schmutz.
