Back street access to the unit leads to a two car tandem lock up garage with plenty of storage space for bikes or boards and and has an automatic garage door. Please note that whilst the apartment is located on the ground floor and is a single level dwelling, there are three steps up to the entryway and two steps within the apartment. The cleaning fee associated with this listing includes full, professional cleaning and linen hire. The pool is fully fenced and shared with the five apartments. Please note that we have a strict policy of no pets, schoolies, parties, smoking, vaping or loud music.
