This 1st-floor condo features a fully stocked kitchen that flows into an open-concept living space with a flat-screen TV, queen-sized sofa bed, and patio. (Please note, this unit does NOT include cable TV) Down the hall is a bedroom with an en suite bath and complimentary toiletries for your stay. - There are NO pets of any kind allowed on the premises.
Guests who bring service animals must complete an application 30 days before arrival for Sunglow HOA Board approval. - The concierge desk in the lobby is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. - The beach is accessible directly from the property.
Our brand-new sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub overlooking the Atlantic have just been completed for you to enjoy! -The outdoor beach shower tower is located on the pool deck, allowing for quick cleans after a trip on the beach. - This property does not have Cable TV.

Additional vehicles will have to be parked offsite at a location of their choosing.

If you're looking to use a ride-share service, we recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around the beach area, as public parking can be limited.
