The apartment is located in Steinen (Lörrach district), in the Hüsingen district, in a rural and quiet setting on the top floor of a three-family house.
It features a living/dining room with a (double) sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a balcony with views of the Black Forest.
A private parking space is included.
Free Wi-Fi (high-speed internet for streaming) is available.
Additional amenities include a flat-screen satellite TV, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and hairdryer.
The ceramic hob has glass covers that serve as a work surface and protection—simply lift them to use the stove.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
This is a non-smoking apartment.

A bus stop is 300 meters away, and Steinen train station is 2 km away.
