Special offers always available just contact us! Villa Leoneva is a traditional stone built 3 double bedroom villa with stunning sea and mountain views.
It is located near the famous Turtle beach and is a 20 minute drive to Kyrenia harbour.
Please note this property is NORTH Cyprus not South.
It has its own private pool and quite a unique feature of a poolside Pavillion area which houses a table and six chairs and is essential for outdoor entertaining in the summer sun.
The outdoor area includes a stone built traditional bar barbecue, decorative antique urns, a feature rockery and solar lighting as well as a powerful outdoor light overlooking the pool area which is essential for midnight swims! The villa has a huge terrace from the master bedroom which has amazing all round views.
There is air con fitted in every bedroom and also a TV in the main living area.
Fast wifi There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with the master upstairs and there is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a washing machine.
There is a dining table that seats six situated between the kitchen and living area.
