A short distance from a water park, motor boating and more, this smoke-free holiday home lets you experience it all. Place de la République is within an easy 9-minute walk and Grands Boulevards is also a quick 7-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers on-site parking.
Take a look at other neighbourhoods and see more of Paris by hopping on a metro at either Gare de l'Est Station or Jacques Bonsergent Metro Station, both just 5 minutes away on foot. Relax on the deck or patio (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink by the firepit of this 1292-sq-ft holiday home.
When you come inside, connect to the free Wi-Fi or get cosy in front of the cable/satellite TV (video library available). There's also a DVD player, a stereo and a music library for your enjoyment. A living room, a dining area, a barbecue and a fireplace are featured at this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental.
Bathroom amenities include a hairdryer, towels and toilet paper.
Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle and an ice maker.
And thanks to the washing machine and dryer, you'll even be able to travel light.

Cependant la propreté n’était pas tout à fait à hauteur de mes attentes, et je me suis sentis un peu préoccupé par la sécurité des escalier.
