Stay in the heart of Girona in this modern and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment on Gran Via Jaume I, just around the corner from Carrer Nou and the Saba Santa Caterina parking. Renovated in 2022, this apartment is bright, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The living room has a large sofa bed, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a dining table for 4. Large windows bring in natural light and open onto the living area with an open kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and more. There is also a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Both bedrooms have double beds that can be split into singles, making it ideal for families, friends or colleagues. The spacious bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Centrally located, you are just minutes from Girona’s Old Town, restaurants, shops and all the city’s highlights, while enjoying the comfort of a fully modern apartment.

el apartamento está al cual como las fotos está muy bien ubicado tiene todos los servicios cerca supermercados cajeros tiendas restaurantes tiene todos los servicios es muy amplio la cocina está bastante equipada la verdad volvería a repetirlo,

Appartement spacieux quasiment tout confort et de très bon goût ( concernant les chambres : on se croirait dans des chambres d’hôtel) , très bien situé. Tout se fait à pied. Ascenseur , clefs d’accès à l’immeuble donc on s’y sent en sécurité.

I was quite disappointed with this apartment. Upon arrival, the entire floor was dirty and my wife spent 45min cleaning it. The place smelled like cigarettes and the AC vents were full of dust. In fact, when using the AC, a layer of dust would form on top of surfaces.
