Beautiful villa "Ciuffini", 2 storeys, detached. 2 km from the centre of Patresi, 1.5 km from the centre of Colle d'Orano, 15 km from the centre of Marciana Marina, in an elevated position on a slope, 3.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property, plants and trees. Private: swimming pool (8 x 5 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Linen change weekly. 1.5 km long very steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). Bus stop 2 km, ferry "Portoferraio" 32 km, pebble beach "Pratesi" 3.5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner only accepts bookings from customers who arrive in an all-terrain vehicle (4x4).

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Wir waren jetzt schon zum dritten Mal dort. Fast täglich konnten wir Mufflons am Grundstück beobachten.
Leider wurde unsere Ruhe des öffteren durch Handwerker gestört. Das Internet war leider auch nicht zu gebrauchen.
Ansonsten empfehlenswert.

Das Haus samt Garten, Pool, Ruhe, Natur und Ausblick ist ein absoluter Traum. Die "Straße" zum Haus darf man aber keineswegs unterschätzen. Allrad und am besten ein Auto mit kleinem Wendekreis sind absolut Pflicht. Ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieterin sowie der Hauswart sind unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Freundlichkeit und Liebe innerhalb des wahrscheinlich höchsten bewohnbaren Hauses Elbas korrespondieren mit der puren Natur, der Stille und der Weitsicht dort.
