The apartment of 80 square meters on the first floor, right side of the building, is located in quiet area, surrounded by an olive grove with beautiful views of the lake.
It has a living room (with double sofa bed), fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms (each one with two single beds which can be turned into a double bed, if needed), a bathroom with shower and a balcony / covered terrace overlooking the lake.
The apartment is bright, spacious and well-equipped, with an independent heating system, a practical and comfortable furniture, great attention to detail and suitable up to 6 people.
It features private parking, olive garden with garden furniture and barbecue, bike and surf storage, satellite TV and free WiFi.
It is the ideal starting point for excursions and are close to the main services: only 10 minutes from the beach, 10-15 minutes from the center, 100 m from the CONAD supermarket and 50 - 100 m from the nearest restaurants and pizzerias.

Lovely apartment which stayed nice and cool. The location and view of the lake fantastic. The hosts Sabrina and Marco were really lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Sabrina and Marco are great host, the apartment is spotlessly clean and in a great location. We have stayed in this apartment a number of times. Will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Frau Gerardi war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und verfügte über alles, was wir brauchten.
