Pretty apartment just 150 meters from the sea and with a large terrace, elegantly renovated for a pleasant vacation in a modern atmosphere and with all comforts.
The terrace above the apartment, accessible by an external staircase, is equipped with stove and sink, table and chairs, a bathroom with shower.
A large pergola protects from the sun during the hottest hours or from the humidity in the evening, so you can always admire the sea on the horizon.
At your disposal are also a wood-burning oven for pizza and deck chairs to relax comfortably in the sun.
A second terrace is accessible from the living room and is equipped with table and chairs, sink and washing machine.
The apartment is located in the coastal area of Bari, in a residential area and at the same time not far from the main roads leading to Bari (15 km).
Here you can expect cultural attractions, stores and good restaurants.
Not to be missed are the many ancient villages in the area such as Monopoli (35 km), Ostuni (75 km) or the Safari Zoo in Fasano (50 km).

Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr gut gereinigt für bis zu 4 Pers. Mit 2 Bädern, einer kleinen überdachten Terasse und der wunderbaren Dachterrasse.
Ausgestattet mit allem was benötigt wird.
Man sollte nur kein allzu großes Auto haben, da die Zufahrt sehr eng ist.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung.
Etwas älter, aber alles sauber. Die Terrassen sind beide toll, auf der kleinen haben wir immer gefrühstückt.
Alles Technische war auch in Ordnung. Wir hatten allerdings passende Adapter für die Steckdosen dabei.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber.Annalisa steht stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt.Mit einem großen Auto (Skoda Superb) musste man bei der Einfahrt aufpassen, da die Straße zum Haus beengt ist.
