The cozy and continuously renovated Non smoking apartment with 3 rooms, separate kitchen, bathroom and hallway, extends over the entire attic of the house.
This means that you do not have any disturbing neighbors in your holiday accommodation, either side by side.
High-quality and rustic yet modern, the Upper Bavarian style will make you feel right at home from the beginning.
Here old materials meet new technology.
Fittings and fixtures were made with great love for the detail largely from old wood, the floors are laid out with country houses.
A small library is located in the dining room, in the living room there is a pull-out corner couch with sleeping function (eg for separately sleeping couples).
There is also a small bar with bar stools to round off the day after your activities.
The fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired.
Nespresso as well as normal coffee machine, water cooker and toaster are just as obvious as enough dishes and cutlery.
The bathroom is equipped with a wash-basin with additional cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, WC, underfloor heating and oversized bath with whirlpool and shower head, as well as the possibility to wash your clothes in the washing machine and then dry them in the dryer.
On the roofed and rain-protected balcony are modern wicker furniture.
However, you can also relax on the Liegewiese behind the house with a good book.
Deckchairs, garden furniture and an outside grill are at your free disposal.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr gut. Durch die tolle Lage konnten wir direkt von der Haustür aus zum Wandern starten.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war alles da was benötigt wurde. Sehr sauber, auch die Haushaltsgeräte. Nur zu empfehlen. Die Seepromenade ist in 10 Minuten fussläufig bequem zu erreichen.

Wunderbares Appartement, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Wanne war mein Highlight, auch wenn ich die Balneo-Funktion nicht genutzt habe. Ruhig und man ist trotzdem innerhalb von wenigen Minuten am See. Auch sämtliche Geschäfte erreicht man schnell. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt, war ...
