Our beautiful villa is nestled in a quiet residential area, just a stone's throw away from Santa Ponça Golf and a delightful 10-minute walk from some of the most exquisite beaches, family-friendly restaurants, and a charming boulevard with shops and souvenirs. Built in 2020, our inviting swimming pool offers a refreshing oasis for you to enjoy during your stay. Discover the tranquility of Santa Ponça, a picturesque city in the southeast of Mallorca, strategically located 20 minutes from the vibrant capital, Palma de Mallorca, and in close proximity to the island's most stunning beaches. Villa S'Olivera Santa Ponsa boasts a spacious 1100m2 plot with a 250m2 building, featuring 4 bedrooms—two with double beds and two with two single beds—along with two bathrooms and a convenient additional toilet, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. Our villa is equipped with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, heating, ceiling fans in all rooms, and more.
However, what truly sets us apart are the expansive terraces surrounding the property, a lush garden, and a barbecue area next to the pool. Parking is a breeze with dedicated space available for your convenience. Villa S'Olivera Santa Ponsa is the perfect haven for families and friends seeking to savor the beauty of Mallorca, its crystal-clear beaches, and exceptional golf courses.
