This is beautiful modern,full of light ,charming family friendly 3 bedrooms apartment with free parking (no pool).
Apartment Antonia & Mario Milicic can accomodate up to 6 people in a great spot 250 - 300m from the beaches, tourist resort with beautiful views of Cavtat bay .
Car is not essential but please make sure when walking back street is partly steep so we suggest having a car in order to be flexible and take a full impression of the area just like Monte Negro and Bosnia. Restaurants, beaches, aquapark, playgrounds, hotels and diving center are some 5-10 min walk from the apartment, Cavtat harbour is 20 min walk away by the sea.
If you have a car we have free parking spot, if do not wish to rent a car buses are just close by, everything is within walking distance only make sure when coming back from the beach road is partly steep so we wouldn't recommend if you have walking issues. Apartment is in a nice location at Cavtat touristical zone close to Remisens Hotel Albatros and Epidaurus with extra activities.
Beaches with aqapark are close to apartment just as diving and water sports center.
Apartment has a boat that can be rented as well with discount for our guests just like if guests wish a licencened skipper for a drive to local islands or national park of Mljet. Just several minutes from the apartment you can reach boat lines that will take you directly to Dubrovnik OLD TOWN, a great and special ride that will make you avoid summer crowds and traffic.
Apartment has very nice sea view, especially view of sunset.
Owners do not live on site so guests have their own privacy. It is airconditioned with 2 AC, on in hallway, and second in the living room, with wifi consisting of 3 double bedrooms , living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen,2 balconies, bathroom and toilet. 2 bedrooms have tv with NETFLIX set as well. Along with apartment Milicic our guests have special possibility to rent a motor boat along with the apartment Milicic at special price to enjoy hidden beaches of Cavtat bay and avoid crowded Cavtat beaches in high season. Shop is some 200-300m away from the apartment, and Old Town Cavtat some 20' walk by the sea.

Bus station is 2 min walk from the flat. Based in touristical zone, where main hotels are situated, beaches,restaurants,playgrounds and aquapark for kids to enjoy. Bus station is 2' walk from the apartment so Dubrovnik Old Town is easily reached and no need to rent a car unless you wish to enjoy the whole region by car. We have a parking spot as well just as little basement where our guests can leave their luggage in case they have late evening flights. We can also organise day tours for our guests upon their on request.

A functional, clean apartment and connections to Antonia worked well. The apartment is located on a slope, so the walk there was difficult, but the scenery is wonderful. The store was nearby but on a busy road with no sidewalks. We didn't have a car available. The local people were friendly and ever...

We were looked after from the moment we booked our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Advice on restaurants and the surrounding area via WhatsApp was much appreciated.
Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to explore the beautiful Cavtat.

Lovely, well equipped, clean and compact apartment. Great views are accompanied with stunning sunsets. Never been in a holiday apartment with so many additional towels, dishwasher tablets, tea lights etc. Little things make such a difference. Also truly appreciated the wine and beers left for us aft...
