Beautiful provincial style villa with romantic, secluded environment.
Panoramic views of the sea and hills from Nice to Saint Tropez.
Large lounge and dining area with American kitchen, Terrace overlooking pool, views, and garden. three very spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate large shower room and toilet.
Sleeps six.
There is a sun terrace and pergola by the infinity pool.
Please note I have two healthy independent cats who would appreciate dried food and water in bowls and the occasional cuddle.
Villa is Ideal for a health retreat with plenty of space to exercise, a juicer and peaceful environment to meditate, write or paint.
Organic food can be delivered if required and there is a forest 2 mins walk away for jogging.
Could arrange to do Creating health, meditation and yoga classes for a single or couple by prior arrangement.
Sky TV, telephone and internet connection available.
Although in a peaceful beautiful environment the villa is only 5 mins from Grasse, 10 min from the beautiful hill village of Valbonne with many restaurants and 30 mins from Cannes and Nice.
There is a beautiful golf course in Opio about 5 minutes drive away and a Club Med holiday resort that offers a daily rate if you would like to use their facilities including health spa, large swimming pool, tennis courts, and restaurants.
There is also a tennis club in Opio just down the road and several fitness studios.
For the ardent shoppers Cannes, Nice and a huge shopping complex known as Cap 3000 and Polygon are all within half an hour's drive and all have a wonderful selection of the latest fashions in clothes and other goods.
All around are great hiking possibilities and there is a paragliding school near Gourdon about 10 mins drive away.
There are plenty of boating, sailing and canoeing possibilities in all the sea resorts close by including Lac St Cassien in the mountains of the Tanneron.
There are several popular Ski resorts within 2-4 hours drive away .Art can be found everywhere in the hills, villages, and towns and it is a sightseer's photographic paradise..
There are a number of painting and drawing schools close by and plenty of dance schools for ballroom dancing and salsa classes.
For those on a healing retreat, I have many contacts for health food shops, bio dance and meditation classes, massage, and other healing practitioners and seminar possibilities.
There is even an excellent French college in Cannes that has very good rates and runs courses all year round.

A house for the senses. Lavender and Rosemary lined steps lead up to the blue shuttered house with spectacular view across the hills to the sea. A cat asleep in the sun. Sit by the pool or up on the terrace and take in this little slice of paradise.

The villa was everything we could have dreamed of. We found ourselves spending the vast majority of our vacation just lounging about instead of going out just because we felt so at peace there. Penny was amazing; communicative and helpful with anything we needed. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you again for making our honeymoon as special as it could be.

Fantastic location very private and incredibly quiet ,we slept very well. Wish we had more time to explore the area more . Views from house were stunning.
