A short distance from ecotours, outlet shopping and more, this welcoming holiday home lets you experience it all. Thanks to the convenient on-site parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 9-minute walk to Grands Boulevards, or easily tackle the quick 6-minute drive to Place de la Bastille.
Take a look at other neighbourhoods and see more of Paris by hopping on a metro at either Alexandre Dumas Station or Philippe Auguste Station, both just 5 minutes away on foot. Relax on the furnished balcony/patio (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink in the garden of this 646-sq-ft holiday home.
As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free Wi-Fi and TV. As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a dining area and luggage storage.
Bathroom amenities include a hairdryer, towels and toilet paper.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a microwave.
And there is a launderette nearby, so you can pack a bit lighter.

Très beau logement, tout était parfait même il a dépassé nos attentes. Je recommande fortement ce logement. C’est certain que si un jour je reviens à Paris, je reloue l’appartement.
