The charming house "Murtons" in Sant Llorenç Des Cardassar has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people.
This cosy 170 m² accommodation is fully equipped and offers views of the garden and swimming pool. Located 200 metres from a restaurant, 350 metres from the sandy beach "Sa Coma" and 350 metres from the rocky beach, the house is also located 400 metres from a supermarket.
Just 2 km away, you can enjoy the sandy beach "Playa de S'Illot".
Additionally, the house is strategically situated 10 km from the Son Servera Golf Club, 3 km from the "Safari Zoo" theme park and the "Splash World" water park, making it an ideal option for families.
The area offers a variety of activities for adults and children, such as exploring the Castle of sa Punta de n'Amer and visiting the Artà caves. The property has a charming garden, garden furniture, a fenced plot, a spacious terrace of 120 m², washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, heating with heat pump, air conditioning in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, private pool and outdoor parking in the same building.
