The 45 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, comfortably sleeping 4 guests—best suited for 2 adults and 2 children. Amenities include free high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a 65" UHD TV. A baby cot (on request) and a high chair are also available.
Guests can park on the street in the residential area, right in front of the entrance.
E-bikes can be stored directly at the entrance or on the large, private, covered terrace, perfect for relaxing evenings with a garden view. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
