The holiday home 'All U Need 4 Holiday - Fewo44' is located in the Falkenstein holiday park in Bavaria, offering a peaceful retreat from everyday life.
Nearby, you will find many attractions, such as the Falkenstein Castle Park with Bavaria’s second largest nature and rock park, or the Höllbachtal nature reserve.
On warm days, the outdoor pool is within walking distance, and in winter, you have direct access to the ski slopes.
The holiday park is situated on the Goldener Steig year-round, so several hiking trails start right at your doorstep. The 47 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed and two single beds in the sleeping gallery, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, providing space for 4 guests.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, pizza oven, and all essentials, a TV in the living room and bedroom, and Wi-Fi throughout the home.
This holiday house offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace, awning, and barbecue.
For relaxation, a beach chair and sun lounger are available. The park grounds offer a shared outdoor area with two playgrounds and a barbecue area. For family outings, an amusement park is 12 km away, Straubing Zoo about 24 km, and the charming city of Regensburg 31 km. Public transport is within walking distance.

Es war schön eine eigene Haustür zu haben.Auch die Terasse war mit Hund gut.
Nicht gefallen hat uns,daß so viele Kissen,Blumen und Accessoires im ganzen Haus Platz für eigene Sachen belegten.
Das Licht im Bad lässt auch zu wünschen Übrig. Ein Spiegelschrank wäre da nicht schlecht.
