Nr. 3 Sun" is located in Großarl and boasts direct access to the ski slopes.
The property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen (incl.
Thermomix), 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV.
In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.
A baby cot is also available.
The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with an open terrace and balcony. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance.
The area also features a ski school, ski rentals, sports shops, and access to the Kieserlbahn gondola station with a ticket office. The Fischbachwiese lift, perfect for beginners is located next door and a sauna can be booked for private use.
A Billa supermarket is also in the area. A car park is available on the property. One pet is allowed for a fee. There is a vending machine with local products in the entrance hall. Towels can be changed for a fee. A bread roll service is available for a fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. There are security cameras and/or sound recording devices on the premises. A charging station for electric vehicles is available. The property offers homemade/own produce. The holiday flat has recycling guidelines and light and water saving facilities.
The electricity is partly generated by photovoltaic panels.

Von der Buchung über die An- und Abreise hat alles super geklappt!
Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und bei Nachfragen leicht zu erreichen.
Das Appartement (Sun) hat alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht (großes Bad, Sauna, gut ausgestattete Küche, ...).
