Living area (ground floor): a bright open space with a high-end island kitchen (Bora hob, American fridge with ice maker) and a panoramic dining area.
The outdoor terrace, furnished with quality furniture and a gas grill, is the perfect extension for sunset dinners.
Sleeping area (upper floor): double bedroom with lake view and spacious wardrobe; second single bedroom in a cozy alcove with integrated desk.
Modern bathroom with shower.
Relax & pool area (lower floor): a second living room with TV and direct access to the pool.
Here you’ll find a large double bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower.
Outdoor oasis and wellness: The terraced garden features a beautiful heated panoramic pool, surrounded by sun loungers and lounge areas.
Whether you seek sun or the shade of olive trees, you’ll enjoy complete peace and privacy.
Exclusive services: Smart working: high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property (indoors and outdoors).
Comfort: underfloor heating and free private parking.
